As a student in the Missions Department, it was a joy to go on a  hurricane relief team to the Turks and Caicos in September. It was an even greater joy that I was able to go to the island where my aunt, Marilyn Marchant, is a missionary. While there, the team hung sheet rock work in her house, re-roofed two sheds behind her house, did some minor repairs to the church, and cleaned up debris in the yard of the church. It was heartbreaking to ride around the island and see all the destruction: houses totally destroyed, roofs blown away, and power outage on the entire island.  On Sunday, I had the privilege of preaching at the church where my aunt works as a missionary.
